This product is not suitable to laminate the PE films with high additive
Operation conditions:
Add solvent into main agent firstly and mix the solution fully
Secondly add the hardener agent and fully mix again
Make sure use it after fully mixing
The water quantity in ethyl acetate is no more than 0.03% and alcohol quantity is no more than 0.02%
The solid content in adhesive for lamination usually is 40 to 45%
Customers should consider the films to be laminated, adhesive roller characteristic to decide the necessary adhesive quantity and the solid content in adhesive
Adhesive coating quantity
Adhesive is supposed to be well coated on the lamination film’s surface
Generally coating quantities should be controlled with 2 to 3.5g/m²
Material preparation:
There should no dust, dirty oil on the lamination films
Films must be dry and clean
Film surface has to be electricity prepared in order to make the stretching capability of the surface reach as much as 0.038n/m (38dyn/cm to 42dyn/m)
Requirements for lamination and hardening:
Lamination conditions:
Environmental condition: dry place, relative air humidity no more than 80%
Baking channel temperature: district 1—district 2—district 3 50 to 60℃, 60 to 70℃, 70 to 90℃
Lamination temperature: 50 to 90℃ depending on film quality
Lamination pressure: 0.35 to 0.4MPa
Maximize the lamination pressure as long as the pressure doesn’t damage the films
Lamination speed: depending on different lamination machines
